Tours booked through this form are general tours, which give an overview of the home and its amenities.

Taking a tour does not guarantee any offer of accommodation at the care home.

A COVID-19 RAT test is mandatory for all visitors, to be completed on arrival at the home. Please allow 15 minutes for completion of the test.

A mask may be required to be worn during the tour, depending on current health advice.

Our homes and grounds are strictly non-smoking environments, this includes e-cigarettes and vapes.

If we need to cancel a tour, we will give at least 24 hours notice via the contact details given when booking the tour. We will rebook the tour at your earliest convenience.
