The refurbishment of Rotary House has been expertly designed by award winning architects Woods Bagot, with modern, comfortable interiors being created by Kennett Builders.

Commencing with levels two and three, the refurbishment will include individual suites as well as upgrades to the corridors, dining spaces and common areas.

The refurbishment will then continue throughout the remainder of the home, placing Rotary House firmly at the heart of the community.

Premium Suites

The refreshed look of our new suites have been co-designed with residents, future residents and staff, to ensure we are creating a homely environment that is thoughtfully designed to meet residents needs. With abundant natural light and generous storage, features of the premium suites include:

  • electric recliner chair
  • individually controlled reverse cycle air conditioning
  • advanced general and feature lighting with personalised settings
  • fully accessible private ensuite with deluxe fittings
  • two wall-mounted 43 inch smart TVs
  • sleek and contemporary kitchenette

Modern dining spaces and serveries

Updated dining areas and serveries will feature premium finishes and stylish furniture, designed to optimise ease of movement and accessibility. With a mixture of formal and relaxed spaces and an alfresco balcony, the new spaces will add choice and variety to residents’ dining experiences.

Warm and inviting shared spaces

Sit back with a book in the reading room, or meet up with a friend in the games room for a game of chess – there is something for everyone at Rotary House. Common areas have been thoughtfully designed to cater to every interest. Modern, light-filled shared spaces will provide enjoyable places to relax, spend time with family and friends, or share a celebration. You could enjoy a movie in the theatrette, spend some time in the family room, or simply relax in the music room listening to your favourite songs.
